Josh Phair is Co-Founder and CEO of The Wyoming Reserve. In addition to his responsibilities with the The Wyoming Reserve, Josh also serves as Co-Founder and CEO of Scottsdale Mint. An early adopter of digital assets, Josh also serves on the Advisory Board of Monarch Wallet and holds a degree in Business Risk Management from Florida State University.
DAVID MCMASTER, President, Secretary & Director
Dave McMaster is President and COO of The Wyoming Reserve. In addition to his responsibilities with The Wyoming Reserve, Dave also serves as Chief Legal Officer and Vice President of Scottsdale Mint. During his tenure at the Scottsdale Mint, Dave helped expand their global reach, securing partnerships with central banks and Fortune 500 companies.
BRIAN BANNISTER, Senior Advisor & Director
Brian Bannister is Co-Founder and CIO of The Wyoming Reserve. With nearly two decades of experience in equities, options, futures, precious metals, and digital assets, he leads the Company’s trading strategies. In addition to Brian’s responsibilities with The Wyoming Reserve, Brian is a former Major League Baseball pitcher and currently a Senior Advisor to a Major League Baseball team.
RON BALDWIN, Chairman, CFO & Director
Ron Baldwin is the Chairman of the Board, with over 50 years of experience in building and growing companies. He founded CrossFirst Bank in 2007, and served as President and COO of Intrust Bank, where he helped increase assets from $1.2 billion to $3.2 billion. Ron also founded Uncommon Giving, a social impact platform, and remains on its board.
MIGUEL PEREZ – SANTALLA, Managing Director
Mr. Perez-Santalla brings over four decades of expertise in precious metals trading, hedging, and logistics. Miguel’s career includes leadership roles at Heraeus Precious Metals, BullionVault, Apmex, Inc., and founded Trinity International, LLC. An industry expert, he has served as President of the International Precious Metals Institute.
Allie brings a decade of experience in investor education and investor relations. She’s worked with investment platforms and private funds across real estate, private equity, and alternatives — helping turn complex offerings into clear, compelling messages for high-net-worth investors.
